Experience a harmonious balance of warmth, spice, and nutty richness. A delicate pecan meal crust seals in moisture as the salmon bakes, creating a toasted golden exterior. Beneath, a silky red curry—infused with fried garlic, fresh ginger, serrano peppers, and smooth pecan butter—provides a fiery, fragrant bed for the fish. Finished with vibrant chile oil and fresh radish slices, it brings exceptional color and texture to modern fusion menus.
