Pecan Pesto Caprese

Pecans bring a delightfully sweet, buttery depth to traditional pesto, creating a smooth and comforting flavor profile that pairs beautifully with fresh summer ingredients. Made by blending rich pecans with fresh basil, pungent garlic, aged Parmesan, and extra-virgin olive oil, this homemade pecan pesto is spooned over lush, creamy burrata and warm blistered tomatoes. Bright, elegant, and packed with herbaceous flavor, it is the ultimate seasonal appetizer or light main dish to serve with warm, crusty bread.
