Add the vanilla simple syrup and espresso into a mason jar or cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake for 30 seconds and pour over ice in a serving glass.
Add 4 ounces of your homemade pecan milk to a separate glass or bowl and froth the milk using a handheld frother for volume and texture if desired. Otherwise, pour the pecan milk over the shaken espresso and simple syrup, stir and enjoy!
