Pecan Egg Tarts

Ingredients:
- 1 cup pecan pieces
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup maple syrup
Process:
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Use puff pastry as the base for your tart
- Layer the bottom of your tart with pecan pieces
- Beat the eggs, vanilla extract, milk and maple syrup for your custard. Strain through a sieve.
- Grate pecan halves into your custard for extra flavor
- Pour custard into your tarts
- Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick can stand in your tart
- Top with pecans and enjoy!
