Pecan Milk & Vanilla Syrup Shaken Espresso

  • 1 batch of Pecan Milk
  • ½ oz vanilla simple syrup
  • 2 shots of espresso
  • 4 oz frothed pecan milk
  • Ice


  1. Add the vanilla simple syrup and espresso into a mason jar or cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake for 30 seconds and pour over ice in a serving glass.
  3. Add 4 ounces of your homemade pecan milk to a separate glass or bowl and froth the milk using a handheld frother for volume and texture if desired. Otherwise, pour the pecan milk over the shaken espresso and simple syrup, stir and enjoy!
