Pecan & Brie Bread Wreath

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pecan pieces ​
  • ½ tsp Brown sugar​
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg ​
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon​
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup​
  • A round of brie​
  • One pack of frozen dinner rolls​
  • 1 tbsp olive oil​
  • 1 egg​
  • ⅔ cup of cranberry sauce​
  • Rosemary (for garnishing)​
  • Pomegranate seeds (for garnishing)

Process:

  • Combine the pecan pieces, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, and maple syrup in a bowl. Mix well. ​
  • In a parchment lined large round pan, place your brie in the middle​
  • Surround the brie with thawed dinner rolls​
  • Cover brie with cranberry sauce​
  • Generously layer the pecan mixture​
  • Brush egg wash on the dinner rolls​
  • Bake at 375F for 15- 20 minutes or until dinner rolls rise​
  • Sprinkle dinner rolls with kosher salt​
  • Garnish with a rosemary fashioned into a bow, pecans, and pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!​
