Garlicky Salt, Vinegar & Ranch (GSVR) Pecan Snack Mix

Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups pecan halves
- 1/4 cup white distilled vinegar
- 1/4 cup malt vinegar
- 1 tablespoon flaky sea salt (optional)
- 4 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- pinch of sugar
- 2 cups pretzels
- 2 cups cone shaped corn chips
- 2 cups cheddar square snacks
- 1 cup mini breadsticks or bagel chips
- 2 cups rice cereal crisps
Process:
- Whisk together both vinegars, 1 tablespoon flaky salt, 3 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder and sugar until well blended. Set aside. To a bowl, add in pecan halves & pretzels. Drizzle prepared sauce over mix. Fold or toss until well -coated. Spread mixture onto parchment lined baking sheet without any excess liquid from bowl.
- Bake at 325°F for about 18 to 20 minutes or until lightly toasted. Stir pecan mixture several times during baking. Allow mix to cool completely and transfer to a bowl. Set aside. To a separate bowl, add corn chips, cheddar square snacks, breadsticks & rice crisps. Season with 1 ½ tablespoons ranch seasoning mix. Toss well to coat. Add in toasted pecan halves and pretzel twists. If desired, add 1 tablespoon of flaky salt.
